Bohannan T. McKenzie knows what it feels like to win big in business—and to lose it all.
A plumber by trade and entrepreneur at heart, he has spent more than 20 years building, leading, and coaching companies through seasons of growth, chaos, and rebuilding.

His straightforward, story-driven style has helped leaders across the country learn how to address problems early, lead with clarity, and create healthy company cultures.

When he’s not coaching or writing, Bohannan and his wife Kimberly live on the road in their off-grid truck camper with their Labrador retriever. Together, they run the Responsibly Dangerous brand and MANerisms Adventures, where they inspire entrepreneurial couples and leaders to live boldly, work with purpose, and protect what matters most.

His first book, Sparks in the Grass, is an allegory of leadership built on real-world lessons from the trades, coaching, and life.
